Ready and willing.
Yesterday was kinda sluggish for me, and today is even worse. The page loads in chunks, gradually revealing itself, which means I don't sit waiting for the next page to come, but I do have to wait for each individual post to come.

EDIT: It's taking about 5 seconds for a page with 20 or so posts to be fully loaded.
Thread title:
Today's alright, but yesterday M2K2 went so slow that IE just gave up and said "The operation has timed out."

So yes, yesterday was horrible.
It's going a little sluggish for me too, but then again that could be because I'm seeding Chrono Symphonic.  Azureus sucks up a lot of bandwidth and generally tends to slow down the 'net connection.
red chamber dream
The forum has always gone through cycles of sluggishness for me, but it's usually pretty fast. Haven't noticed much change within the last few days, though.
Actually all forums and maybe even my computer was like in Matrix mode yesterday...still is kinda.
Beware: off duty ninja
well the forum hasn't really done anything strange as far as speed and load times for me. it's always fast and prompt with whatever I do.

there was a post over in the technology talk for microtorrent if you would be interested in that program, it's got the same features (minus the anonymity feature from azureus) and takes up hardly any memory or disc space. it's worked really well for me, so if you feel up to trying it out, it mught save you some hassle
only runs under windoze atm afaik.

edit: usb, have you seen this? it's pretty cool imo.
Takes ~20 seconds for a full page.
Armor Guardian
The forum has always gone slow for me. However, if I'm on my older bro's comp (which is like Superman compared to mine), the pages usually open in about a second.

He was talking about bandwidth.  AFAIK bandwidth has absolutely nothing to do with memory or space.  Though Azureus is a huuuuuuuge memory hog, yeah.

And yeah, the forum's been sluggish recently, though I thought it was my own crappy net connection.
