It was an old issue of Shonen Jump, actually. (manga, comic book, same difference.)
Quote from Red Scarlet:
No one's asked the most important question:
what was your party in FF1?
I played through FF3 this past week.
Fighter, Red Mage, White Mage, Black Mage.
Even I'm not geeky enough to do the "four White Mages" thing. I might try four red mages someday, though.
Which FF3, the real one or the American version of FF6? If it was the Japanese one, how was it? It's the only FF I haven't played yet. (well, that and FFXI, because I don't like MMORPGs, and FFX-2, because the concept of Yuna being a knockoff of Britney Spears weirds me out.)

Honestly, once I tuned out the plot... and the voices... and the sounds... and the naming conventions (dress sphere/garment grid)... I enjoyed FFX-2. I thought the battle system was kinda fun.
I'm going on a trip tomorrow and was planning on bringing FF1 advance - party suggestions are welcome. the crazier the better, I guess.
Judging by the conversation, one White Mage? I wouldn't know, I haven't played a mainline FF in my life, but one healer and nothing else sounds crazy enough anyway...
I never played any FF properly except 3(6) anyway, so I wouldn't know.
And could I just request something before this topic dies/splits to Console Gaming: that size=0 is banned. It has thwarted me three times by the evil of mangadood, and should NOT be repeated.
one white isn't the hardest you can do, actually. I'd make the guess that one black is, though one thief could be the answer. I've gotten a one thief request via PM, so unless someone has a more entertaining idea, I might just do that one.
