yeah, i just saw that old m2k2 promo, and the music rocks, and the link also mentioned it using a song by 'virt' called super metroid megamix. So, where do you get this song, can someone link please?

Edit: It does do a good job at getting the same melody from the real opening in my opinion.

I'm really liking virt's stuff. I'm listening to the Crystal Flash bit as I type. About that old promo video, though, I must say that it kicks major ass. The way that the various clips were arranged and edited was very effective. Probably my favorite bit was the repeated attempts to bypass a Spider Ball track with Bombs, interspersed with fighting footage, finally ending with the Morph Ball reaching its destination. Very nice. Thorugh the whole video, the juxtaposition of fighting sequences and hardcore Sequence Breaking moves gave a nice feel of how hard it really is to go all-out on Metroid Games. But back to the music.
