personally I kind of hate the whole 3D thing, but at least you can turn that off.

I wonder if having the 3D lowered the graphical limits of the 3DS.

Not as far as console developers are concerned! Nintendo wouldn't shut up about how innovative the 3DS was. Or the regular DS. Or the Wii.

I think they are pretty innovative compared to the competition.  They certainly seem to have more newer, fresher ideas than the others.

finally got around to downloading Dolphin on my laptop and stuff.

Running Wii and gamecube games at 1920 x 1080, 16x AA, max settings, it's awesome
