One might think that a Metroid game would have been horrible in first person. But I've decided Metroid Prime is one of the greatest game ever. I think that 2D is good, but 3D is still good too. Back in 1986, Metroid was an instant classic. And people were shocked to find out that the hero was actually female. Right after that game was released, Metroid 2 came out, followed by Super Metroid. These games were just great. Then, the 8 year hiatus came about, but then Nintendo went out to make2 new games, Prime and Fusion. The thing that was so cool was you could hook them up, and play the original NES Metroid, where you could collect a bunch of things. But yeah, Prime still rocks, all the same. Lot's of people have done a speed run. I'm sure the ones people have made were pretty hard to do. So far I've beaten the game two times. I did few speed tricks, and didn't get early space jump. But now I'm working on that, and going for anything. Well, I just hope my try pays off.
That's using all 30 of the top words, in order...I think someone check it please. The word list is here:
one think metroid game first ive i still back people actually right super games make thing things yeah prime same run sure made pretty hard two few jump anything try
I'm the 5th "fastest" user... if you know what I mean *wink wink nudge nudge* And a question... in the "Most Active Poster" catagory... it goes by post's per day... is that an average since the forums opened? Because I have 5.4, but I'm not on the list... *shrugs*
I believe "fastest" users are the ones that post the most posts in the least ammount of time. Not quite the same as average posts, which doesn't take duration of time into account.

But "Most Active Poster" doesn't go by average posts...? (I confuse easily... it seems)

It might be a little broken. Who knows. I'll look into it.

I thought that, but there's that "messages per day" headline, and there's no way people from waaaay back like Nate or you or me would be on the list if that were the case, considering how small the board was then. It can't be pm's, either, cause I've only sent, like, 2, ever.
shame i seemed to have registered here a good year *cough*bout 3 months*cough*before i started posting a decent amount, otherwise i'm sure i'd be higher up in the average post thing.
Shames theres not any stats that calculate "longest average post" or whatnot.
The difference between "fastest user" and "most active poster" confuses me, too.
Most active user appears to be sorted by posts per day, yet people seem to be missing off the list. Then there is the "messages per day" heading for fastest poster. That seems to be just like posts per day, but take into account fractions of days. For instance, someone who has bee registered for 12 hours and made 5 posts will have 5 posts per day, but 10 messages per day, which is why a lot of newer users are at the top of that list.
Did the statistics mod come with any documentation? I think it might be worth giving that a read to sort this all out.
Fastest poster is posters with the most posts over ONE SINGLE DAY, which is different from most active posters because that averages posts over total days on the board. The reason the numbers were screwy before is that some people on the list were here 0 days, so 0 was in the equation somewhere and blew things out of proportion.
