Depends on the quality. If it's good, then yes, it's too big -- considering some of the near-the-1-hour-mark speedruns here and at SDA have low quality versions of 200~ MB.
Every time I turn, horizontal lines appear. They're not noticeable in the original file unless you actually look for them, but they're really visible after compressing it in DivX 6 at a bitrate of 1,500. Any ideas? Does an 08:32 file at 102 MB seem too big?
that sounds like it could be interlacing. are you either using the smart bob method described in the faq, reducing the video to half its input size, or both?
