I('d) like to watch (some MP3 runs)
I'm trying to get one of the Great Bridge videos in MP2, but they don't open (in Firefox I get a little piece of paper with the blue Q icon), and when I download them, QT can't open them due to 'error -8971'.

Are movie links down?

Just worked for me (firefox1.5.0.1, QuickTime 7.0.4, XP sp1).  :?

As a longshot you could try changing the extension of the downloaded file to mov instead of mp4. (Assuming you have QT 7, the new files are h.264 encodes.) The latest VLC player is another alternative (and there are others).

I have 6.5.2 or something of QT.  I'll try vlc.  Never really had a problem with the videos since forever ago.

yeah, have to have quicktime 7, sorry. the quality is way better than the old regular mp4 vids, so that's why you have to upgrade.
