The other guy is Spidey 2099. And I'm not [sure] that it's Venom, it might be Spidey in the symbiote-costume-that-will-later-be-Venom-minus-Eddie Brock.

Or Spidey in the not-a-symbiote-but-still-a-black-costume-that-looks-exactly-like-the-symbiote costume.

It is most definately NOT Venom, however. Venom is far bulkier than Spidey, and has a huge mouth with equally huge tounge and teeth. Also, I doubt you'd ever find Venom in such a remorseful pose.
