Have you tried other .avi files, just to make sure it isn't that the file you're trying to upload is corrupt?

Why dont you just open paint and save it as a .gif or .png?

save as png using mspaint. i don't have room on the server for bmps.

and wow, that's a great looking game there, from what i can tell from that heavily compressed, reduced-to-d4 sample. ;)

i think the "tried to upload empty file" message means the connection timed out before you could finish uploading the file. you will need more upload bandwidth to finish the upload. also, there's currently a 100 meg file limit, so make sure not to go above that with one file.

but yeah, looking great ... tomb raider was really a great idea. too bad this one's probably only f2.

I googled "f2". (First thing that came to mind was an arperture setting.) After two pages of ~ 60kk hits I realized I was searching way wide. "f2 slang". First hit was interesting but didn't seem likely. Further down was an Urban Dictionary hit.  Shocked

yes, basically divide 59.94 (or pal 50) by whatever the number after the f is. afaik that shorthand was invented by me to help me talk about quality settings quickly, but it can of course also be applied to the original material (virtually all 3d console games except some of those on the gamecube are in fact f2, giving them their "dreamy" feel when played). also see here for more info (though i don't think i'd invented the shorthand yet at the time i wrote that).
