I think they'll probably still be funny if you haven't played HL2.  If not, then DO.  >_>

Only the first one's universally funny, but it is indeed hilarious. And if you'd get me a gaming quality computer, I would play it. ;p

Weird, I'd have thought the second would be the universally funny one.  The biggest reason I find the first one funny is who the G-Man is.

Aren't G-Men a universal evil?

Er... was there some sort of prerequisite ytmnd for that?

Although I <3 the nice new preloading system.

EDIT: Heh, I checked out the first G-Man one again to see if that was site wide... and then my brother's friend comes in and asks to lie down on my bed because he's dizzy from spinning around in a chair too much. X_X

Not that I know of.  It's deliciously random.  :D

I love how they could truly be saying just about anything in that song.

it was just that song saying "corn on the cob, corn on the kebab" and i still laughed more at that than all the random crap in this one. -_-
Hah, haven't seen this thread(I'm slow).

ytmnd is my homepage...it runs my life  Shocked

Anyway, I've made a couple. Not that good, but hey, I try. Most of them are(or should be)NSFW.

By far my fav. ytmnd, evar.

EXCELLENT find.
"Coooorrn onnn..... devooooourred.... hot doooog!"
Truly, it is a work of genius.
'Nuff said.
I never really liked the whole corn fad, but that's just me  :?

I have a really good idea, but need a MPEG file format of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon intro. Can't find it anywhere, and can't convert it myself(I have a .wmv[i think] of it).

Haha, watch me inject inappropriate food for thought into a ytmnd thread. Sent the pi song to a friend of mine who has a PhD in quantum physics. His response is at the top, and my reply is below it.

I agree completely - but here's my question - would the CPU required to calculate each new decimal place be bounded ? Would come a time several zillion digits down the line when the metre of the music would be interrupted by the fact that it was taking too much silicon to calculate the next digit ? It's actually an interesting problem. My first thought was that because you don't need to store pi in its entirety, you can just evaluate the series until a particular digit stabilises, then add it to the queue of numbers that need to be sung, at which point you could then forget about it. However you continually run the risk of situations like 2.99995 + 0.00010 which would wreck everything if the implementation wasn't extremely clever (although obviously that particular case wouldn't happen with a convergent pi expansion, but it demonstrates the point). So, is there any available mathematical trick that gets around this problem, or some freakish property of irrational numbers that means it isn't one ? ;)

You can go back to your scheduled discussion of Geordi La Forge rolling about on the floor now.
