This is THE day of my life. I got 1:25:12 on a NORMAL run and got
50% of the items. This is my best run so far. Twisted Evil Too bad I couldn't record it,it would be sweet..I skipped Screw Attack and Wave Beam without knowing it. :D

When you exit ridley, go right and down, then shoot the top right corner with a missile. I'm sure you'll figure the rest out from there.

If there are SA blocks that you have to go through, drop some bombs around the area, usually you will find missile blocks,if no other brakable blocks are there, you don't have to go through them.

No, bombs are a bad idea. That platform you land on is made completely of bombable blocks, and you may need it to missile the right place.

Oh yeah, I was being general, that one you have to just shoot missiles at the wall and hope you hit the block, its been so long since my 155 run i forgot about that place.
