Hm. I can see where you're coming from. It's not so much about corrupting people, though, as it is about avoiding a mixed signal coming from an important word in an important sentence. Even the slightest bit of "heh, 'shaft'" coming through in someone's mind can throw a sentence off. In other news, the line in question now uses the word "haft", along with a bunch of awesome imagery.

Nah, I decided these things have no place on paragonsigma.com. It's a different animal, my site, and these things have only passing relevance to what my place is about. That and the fact that these are made entirely for this board. Only a couple of them are universal enough to be funny in any other setting; for the rest you either have to know this site or people on this site or both.

On a similar note, I remember at least one of your pics that's not in this thread. My favourite, in fact: the one where you eat somebody's avatar. But I don't remember what thread it's in and I don't know how to find out. How many of these "unfiled" pics are there, and will they be put here in the future?

There are a few random ones. That one was of Izo, and I can't remember where it was. I have the image, or I should. Actually you picked a good time to mention this because I'm at home for thanksgiving right now and I have access to the computer I made most of these with. Only the latest three were made on my laptop.

I still think your first day of college is totally independently funny. I've considered printing out and posting it somewhere around my workspace (and have inflicted it on at least two family members, one of which was on a painfully slow dialup and had to sit for a couple minutes just to see it) but typically enough never remember this when I'm on a computer that talks to a printer. One thing about it is that the sunglasses totally add to the character. I didn't know about the weak eyes thing at the time but it doesn't matter; it just helps paint the picture of guy trying to be cool and getting tripped up by reality. :D

And even though it doesn't fit TPP, I see nothing wrong with having a little out-of-the-way page archiving them just to show a different side of the artist. Doesn't matter that they're in-jokes here. (Besides, it would save me some searching the next time I want to show them to someone.) Heck, even if they were just in a directory on m2k2 whose index we could view it'd be nice.
