I've read some people saying in Fusion SR-388 (or whatever) was more a bunch of broken parts of it than a full planet. But why? I've played Metroid 2 and you don't blow the planet up, so what screwed it?
There was a Tourian-like section on SR-388 (which I assumed was the place the chozo created the first metroids). It also makes sense to have this area here in fusion, as its probably an extension of the metroid labs, and they could release metroids directly from the lab to SRX for..whatever they need to do there. Possibly the same reason you let your pet go outside.
"Metroid Breeding Environnements", designed and built for growing and breeding Metroids in days. Probably another area the GF just rebuilt, to create a habitat the Metroids can live in? Seems a good explanation, if I say so myself.
I mean, every part of Super Metroid and Zero Mission is in Fusion:
Sector 1 - Crateria Sector 2 - Brinstar Sector 3 - Norfair Sector 4 - Maridia Sector 5 - Reminds me a bit of Chozodia, somehow... Sector 6 - Wrecked Ship (when you first enter it in Super Metroid: lights are out, power is off. Creapy stuff)
So, why shouldn't 'they' create a Tourian like environnement too? Metroids in both Super Metroid and Zero Mission lived/hung out( ) there too.
The lower Sector 1 part is a good place to put that special 'hidden Tourian-like' area, as Tourian is also at the surface in Super Metroid. :| Oh man, it's weird to think about this... Post more stfu later..
