Is this a trick question?

The only possible answer is Wario Ware, inc. Minigame Mania.
F-Zero: GPL. Duh.
Well, my favorite is either Wario Ware, or Metroid Zero Mission.  If onl I could find Shining Force (GBA).
metroid fusion.
I have a bunch that I like. I don't want to list favorites since I speed run 2 of them and that'd kinda make me bias toward them  :P

Castlevania - Aria of Sorrow
Fire Emblem
Metroid Fusion
Metroid Zero Mission
Mario and Luigi - Superstar Saga (a suprisingly good game)

Here in Europe, it's actually called Minigame Mania, and not Mega Microgames.

Owned.

Anyway, Metroid Fusion, Advance Wars, and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.  All three of these games rock.
Currently: Metroid: Fusion and Mario Kart: Super Curcuit
Wario Ware, Inc.
Golden Sun: TLA
SwOM
Metroid: ZM
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.
Wario Ware, easily.  No other game on the GBA compares with its simple yet surprisingly fascinating set-up.

Jump!
Hurdle!
Pick!
Count!

thats odd.
i just dont see the fascination with that game, my brother has it and i think it must be one of THE WORST games ever created. you just play games that are less then 3 seconds long and most of them you just mash buttons. but i guess that's just me, lots of you guys seem to love it.

EDIT: wario ware, inc. that is.

I can't talk for the others, but that is what makes me love it.
I'm not really sure what my fave GBA games are, I know that Wario Ware is definately up there, As are Castlevania CoTM and AoS, of course the metroids are up there, I loved the Golden Suns... Gradius Galaxies/generations/advance was excellent, I loved Shining Soul II as well..

So, i suppose my favorite has to be one of those, but i really don't know which one.

I love wario-ware because its a pure twitch game, loose site for a second and you could lose everything.  Also all of the minigames it has are of the endless variety, which keeps me coming back to beat an old record again and again.

Oh, and it has Pyoro.
I absolutely <3 Pyoro (and Pyoro 2)
ohh yeah.. i should've said that my favorite game is either Zero Mission or Megaman Battle network 2. I also like fusion and BN 1, and a bunch of other ones. My top favorite is probably zero mission, I've always loved metroid since i first got Super. Super Metroid is STILL my absolute favorite game of all time.

Ready and willing.
Actually, there's very few mash button games in WW. There is quite a clump of them in Cygor's round, however.
my fav gba game is golden sun 2: the lost age. if I would not be a very big rpg fan, I would say metroid zero mission.  8)
One shall stand, one shall ball.
MZM and GS:2, I have yet to see Wario Ware in any store near me it's strange.
GS2 is cool too.
I love the Iris summoning ;-)
My favorite games for the GBA are more then likely Metroid Fusion and Dragon Ball Z:Lagecy of Goku II. Metroid Zero Mission is up there but it's just too damn short.
