If you mean rooms in Super that were in the original, then that is really the only one. You could loosely add the escape shaft next to it, I suppose...
In the original there is a room in Norfair (Ridley's part.) that was made of white blocks and it had an energy tank sitting on the ground. But the groud was a lie.
In Super the same room appears, and the ground is still a lie. The rooms look completely different appart from that, but it is obvious where that small area came from.
In the room before (the real) Kraid in the original Metroid, there is a design formed by two red dots in the ceiling and a pattern of spikes below. That pattern is also in the ceiling of the room with mini-Kraid in Super Metroid. Though the rooms have little else in common, the latter is clearly meant to be reminiscent of the former.
