What Order Should I Go In? [locked]

What'd you say?

I have a list of hacks and ect. that I want to do but I dunno what order to do them in, so I kinda need some suggestions:

MDZ (more different zebes)
Darkness
RBO (reverse boss order mini-hack)
Precision
rewind
x the 101% run
No damage run - super metroid original

I haven't a clue where to start; please don't suggest the no damage run first.

no damadge run... sounds cool, i might make a mod that only allows you to get hit once before you die.

Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!

101% is a hack of an existing hack, and it's diffculty is average. Precision is a tough hack, with lots of pixel-perfect tricks - hence the name. The no damage run of the original shouldn't actually be that hard as long as you use all of the save points. As for the others, the RBO shouldn't be too different for you, and I haven't played enough of the rest to know.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but given the nature of Tourian, mainly the giant metroid and mother brain, isn't taking damage required? Other than TASing of course.

I think with no damage runs, scripted damage like the Super Metroid attack and Mother Brains Hyper Beam don't count. Also, i'm pretty sure the steam things in Ceres don't count (since they don't actually DO any damage).

Edit: You could go with MDZ (next?). You can play it... -I think- 3 different ways. And by "ways" I mean there are 3 different paths depending on what item/upgrade you first pick up.

I once created a forced no damage run hack and let it sink to the bottom of my hard drive and die...

All of the steam jets are completely avoidable, so they needn't be considered. Very Happy

I don't want to discourage discussion or comparison of hacks, but a "general conversation" thread is not really ideal for the hacks board. If you want to discuss a particular hack, use that hacks' thread. If you want to ask people what their favorite hacks are, take it to the social boards or IRC.
