Xs transform into lots of things, but I'm gonna assume you mean the thing at the beginning with two legs and tell you it's a hornoad.  Try to be a bit more specific next time you ask a question like this..

Maybe he's talking about in the SA-X fight, after you kill the SA-X, it turns into some freaky thing. I dunno what it is though, I've heard theories, but I dont think anybody knows what it really is.

Heh, I'm not sure if that's a joke or not, because I remember a topic about it that seemed VERY accurate. It said something about it being a mutated hornoad crossed with other creatures that X absorbed.
