There is a way. using that trick where you jump on the Magnet Rail thingy in the center of the room to get up. This was mentioned in GT Months ago.

Yes there is but in the PAL version there's some Bendezium blocking the door, and in the PC version there's a lock that won't go away until you get the Grapple Beam Evil or Very Mad.
