I'm confident you could do that an absolutely perfect run could do it with just the three tanks we have already, but like Toozin said it'n not gonna happen.

Edit: I'm not too confident with my ability to type coherently at 2.30AM, though

A problem is that the route coming from Root Cave is faster, but there aren't ever any ultra energies on the path.  The Chozo Ruins path is longer, but there are some ultras.  This gives me an idea...

There must be a way! Couldn't you kill some enemies without stopping on the way or something? Going straight to the phazon suit would be awesome.

There are not much enemys... and if you shoot you loose to much time, and if not, the capsules contains not much energy. I think there is no way
