I personally found it pretty cool... basically tells you that mph will have Samus, The Space Pirates, and some third race that's against those two... I'm pretty excited for the full game. Especially because I'm one of those who actually knew how to use the controls correctly.

Anyway, did anyone else think that video was pretty sweet?

I thought the video looked beautiful, and I was very intrigued by it. I'm glad that the actual game will be nothing like First Hunt, apparantly. :D

I saw it on my friend's game (I don't have a DS), and I agree with you, GameCube04. I think First Hunt was just to give us a taste of what the controls are like, and how the actual game will generally work. And I'm sure both of these aspects will be tightened a lot. I'm looking forward to the game, definitely.

It shows Samus on the bottom screen looking around, then on the top screen it's like looking at the cieling, then it shows a shot go past the corner of Samus's screen and behind her (she looks up and back in surprise), which hits a space pirate that was just about the jump on Samus (shown on top screen). The pirate then explodes with neato effects, and it shows Samus crouching down in slo-mo on the bottom screen, while the top screen has black silhouettes on a flickering blue-electricity background (the focus is clearly meant to be up here, since the bottom screen just shows Samus's face through the visor). There are three creatures there, the one of the left with a large scythe-arm he raises menacingly, then the screen slides right showing a large scary looking one, then the one in the middle has a Samus-like visor that lights up slowly until the white light is sorta coming out of the sides of it, then the creature raises its arm and that screen fades to white, then Samus on the bottom raises her cannon and her screen fades to white.
Top screen says: "The real hunt begins." or something, then the bottom screen says "www.metroidhunters.com".
The transition of the shot from the bottom screen to hitting the pirate on the top screen though is really well directed, I really liked the way the video was done... like, a whole lot.

I love the accuracy factor on this handheld.
