edit(to TRH): i actually put that background specifically for this thread. I was using the fishie background that came with windows XP.

Ah. I.. don't see the point of that. But anyway, I removed the img tags because it was messing with the layout for me.

Edit: haha, go pagebreak fixing the layout either way. X_x
have fun reading the text below the icons ... >_<

v5 is the new sda beast, still in the experimental early stages. i haven't got the os finalized yet, and things are much messier than they eventually will be.
er..no offence or anything but your desktop is creppy.

In what way is Hilary Duff "creppy"?
The glaring thing >_<.

What's with the "copy of copy of copy of x"?

And Justin Timberlake on Winamp... 1024x768 on a 19"?

After carefully going through every icon making sure there's nothing too embarrasing I decided to post my desktop with my icons visible.

His first album (assuming he has a 2nd one out) is actually very catchy. Plenty of funky tunes to dance away to in a club. 8)

Yea, I tried 1280x960 but I didn't like it as much for some reason. I have 20/20 vision, but I just prefer 1024x768... *shrugs*

Oh and w00t! 500th post on M2k2. Didn't take me long either...  Laughing
I'd post my desktop, but all it is is the Bliss wallpaper that comes with XP.  It's just too... blissful to change to anything else.

I feel I've posted this before, but the search says no... maybe I posted it in another forum...

He didn't mean that it would be hard to read the text; he meant what he said: have fun reading them.
Heh, I remember back in System 6 when I used to have the same thing when duplicating files.  Caused a lot of problems when the filenames overflowed and I had files named "Copy of Copy of Copy of Copy of", but no idea what they were actually copies of.

wrong; that's exactly what i meant. although, yeah, people decently acquainted with what i spend most of my time doing might have real fun reading them, too (as the guy quoted below apparently did).

rotfl. i didn't use mac os before 7.5 except for very brief periods, so i never got to see that hilarious behavior. awesome. really makes you appreciate how far we've come in the last fifteen years or so.
Shortcut to Desktop on the Desktop.  Nice.
that's to my old desktop on f: (lingo (rachel's pc and the old sda beast)'s c: drive). i'm not moving anything important over yet, because i'm just going to wipe v5's c: and install 64-bit windoze xp and os x soon anyway.

oh, and nice sig, rzp.
