ASCII is using numbers and letters to create an image. I think ANSI is using font colour to create an image with a repeating word.

That's 1280 x 1024. Pretty big to you maybe, but it easily fits on my screen. Never thought I'd say this about that shade of pink, but it's a little... bland. I'm not a big fan of solid-colour backgrounds, myself.
