don't you have that backwards?
Just got it today.  I work until 11pm central but I am anxiously awaiting.  :)
I finally picked it up today, wewt wewt. But I'm at my brother's house, so I can't play until I get home later =(. Oh well, I know I'm gonna have fun, and it's a nice break off the pc games and such. :P
Yay, I got it about two hours ago. I even got a discount because the box was broken. But who cares about the box, right?

I do. But maybe that's just me.
Prime 2 Get

Prime 2 Beat ^_^

Hard Mode 100 time ^_^
Goooooooooooooooooooot it!!

*runs off to play it*
MP2 NTSC version can't use MP2 PAL saves...

Does that count as a version difference?
(This is my "I got MP2 and beat it a few days ago" post, btw.)
how many blocks of memory does a save on the pal version take?
It takes 3 blocks to save a game.
Just to prevent any kind of confusion, it takes 3 blocks in total and not 3 blocks per save game.
weird. go changing the save format and still fitting it in the same number of blocks. makes me think retro has become larger/more segmented than it was in the past. i guess it's still positive, though, since the palers didn't have to wait forever and a day to get the game this time.
Well, I can have 6 saves per memory card (for now)!

No reason for someone to actually want that, but I can have it.

And I found a few version differences, but they are all based on the packaging, so it doesn't matter. No, I won't post pics.
Next week, I'll compare all rooms. Just for fun.
ah, cool. be sure to report anything you find, no matter how insignificant it may seem.

I wasn't meaning it sequence break wise, I was talking about how the hint system never seems to go off. But yes I did have it backwards.
Had it since day 1.  (yeah, I post fashionably late)

School and work have not allowed me time to finish it though.  Bleh.  Plus I got Prime 1 back after a few months so I played that for a day or so...

It was an interesting time in Gamestop.  Seriously, is the fact that I'm there to buy a game that's not pink THAT surprising?  Rolling Eyes

Ready and willing.
The store people actually hassled you? Ouch.
I('d) like to watch (some MP3 runs)
Isn't it so fun to go to the store to buy a game?  :o  Rolling Eyes

Yeah, they always offer you extra crap and hassle you. If I wanted the extra crap, I would be buying it.
At a lot of the places (Game Stop, for instance), they're *required* by upper management to hassle you about those things.  "Are you sure you don't want the strategy guide?  It's $5 cheaper when you buy the game!  How about pre-ordering?  You know, the new Zelda is set for coming out in March and if you pre-order now, you don't have to worry about us selling out."

I wouldn't take it too harshly when they push THAT kind of stuff on you, but what Ummeiko was talking about is completely the employees' fault.

And that's what I was referring to; I get that too.  :(
Girls play Metroid?
Too many fangirls to count
Game Stop forced me to subscribe to Game Informer when I bought FFIV. They're sooo annoying.
Normally, I like Gamestop, because I know a couple of good friends that work there, and so I know what they have to do with selling and stuff.  But for some reason I had reserved the game at the new mall's gamestop instead of my usual location, so I had to pick it up there.

The guys were nice enough after I held my own in a video game conversation, but the initial reaction was not the best.  The assuming that I don't know anything about games that aren't "girl oriented" (And anyway, strictly girl-marketed games are generally crap...)

And for the record, I've never played a Barbie game in my life.  Rolling Eyes

Have MP2 a week now. College is killing all my gaming time until end of term on the 8th, so I"ve only just got to the start of Torvus Bog. It's soooo gooood!
And I don't get any hassle in game shops, because I work there...
