How do you do MP3's variation of the Scan dash? I think you're supossed to press B when you doing the slide of a legde, while still on it. Has anyone has any luck with an L jump that gets extra distance?

Is there any way to skip the thing on phaaze you have to shoot in the mouth? I try to do 22% Hyper, but i cant mash the a-button fast enough to kill him, so i always die when i come to him, because his attack will kill you short time after you touch the ground. Can you kill it with some charged-shoots or is there any other way?

Hmmmm, if you're talking about the thing that catches you in the air, you can avoid getting caught entirely. If you're talking about something else, you could try going hyper-ball on the ugly phazon thing.

Could you tell me how, and if it is possible at all, can I launch all the satelites from Chozo Observatory? There are so many spider ball tracks leading to bomb slots that are not active, and I am curious if they can be used.

If you've already activated the switch behind the Phazite, I don't believe there are any new ones you can get. As I recall, many of them never work.

goue, you can go as far away from it as you can at the opposite side of the thing that catches you in the hair. It help to be in morph ball form while your falling.

Does anyone have a somewhat good strategy for Pirate Commander? I can´t even nearly beat him, and i arrive with less than one e-tank when fighting him... i´m playing 22% Hyper! X-Ray doesn´t work, so i can´t even headshot those other pirates! Can somebody please help me?

Skyway Access =/= Pirate Commander. It helps to actually read his post.

MR.X: go into Hypermode and start SAing around the room to avoid taking damage; go in and out of hyper during SAs so you don't get corrupted and don't lose any Phazon. When Pirate Commander goes into Hypermode, he won't teleport as much, so get a couple charge shots on him; when you're almost at the auto vent, kill a Commando for some health. Repeat; you should be able to kill it with the second hypermode use. Use the remaining Phazon to kill Commandos, then use x-ray/nova for the rest of them.

I made it! Thank you very much Paraxade. Took me one hour because i almost never got energy of the commandos so i could not go go into a second hypermode! That´s why the battle took 5 minutes when i made it! Thx! :D

I have trouble make double bsj.

Single bsj working very well and roll jump too, but somereason double bsj not. Rolling Eyes

I can du that normally. I lay two bomb in the air. I can unmorph very well, my camera looks good. My only problem is when i unmorph i cannot jump my second jump in human form. Rolling Eyes

This not never caused trouble when i jump single bsj. But double bsj is bit different. What i du wrong why Samus not want jump her second jump?

I have beaten the game already, but it bugs me that i couldn't figure out how to get the last energy cell, the one on Bryyo. Am i right in assuming that i need that generator thingy thats near one of the turrets protecting the seed on Bryyo in order to get it?

I have couple questions:

1: If you died against Dark samus or Aurora unit. Need you beat Phaaze level again? Is there Checkpoint before bosses. My first playthrought i don,t died, but yeah i currently now play harder difficult run and somedays future probably try low-% run. I am curious. Phaaze is most annoying and long place in the game.

2: Is there version difference between PAL-NTSC versio? How much?

EDIT:

I see one version difference. Elysia Bersekker lord skip doesn,t work on PAL. You can use that speedtrick as well, but Bersker lord still appeared. When you try get out his room. Any new versio difference?

Well, I know that there is a checkpoint at the beginning of Dark Samus. You also start there with nothing in your little health bar thing.

I don,t never try that, but i remember Ann-ti try that but somereason he said it doesn,t work. Probably he did that wrong.

I remember MR.X working on low-% hyper run i guess he have PAL versio. Probably he can know is this possible skip hazard shield on PAL.

Any else version differences? Double bsj working that on PAL? Somereason i don,t never can managed that, probably i did that wrong. I remember somebody already said there is some version difference make bsj:s. Single bsj working very well, but double not.

OH ****!!!!

Well i'm glad to say that i defeated the sky way access and destroyed the seed so thats that and thanks to the people who bothered to help me out in my last thread. ^_^ Now i have to deal with dark samus now, a difficult battle. By the time she has about 1/4 of her health left my yellow bar turns red. So any help here guys? I'm not doing a % run and he difficulty is hypermode.

Charge Beams usually do most damage to her, and it helps to kill the Echoes to regain "health" (or in this case, to lower Phazon"). I haven't beat Hypermode yet, but for me this works on Normal and Hard.

I can't seem to find the last item in my 100% game, i've got all energy tanks and 255 missiles not sure about ship missiles though..
Also i used the observatory thingy in skytown to see what i was missing but i can't find any white dots anymore, so i thought maybe it's in the walhalla but i checked and i couldn't find anything any idea where i can find my last item?

You can't see the ones in Bryyo Ice unless you're there, and I believe there is, indeed, a ship missile expansion in Ice.

I'm at the Elysia seed, but i have the seeker missile so I can also fight the metroid hatcher at Norion. I'm having trouble defeating both of them, which one would you guys reccomend I try to beat first? Please try to be as spoiler-free as possible.

I highly recommend saving the Metroid Hatchers until after you get the last beam. While it certainly is possible to beat them without it, it's a very annoying process.
