help with ing emperor! I beat the 1st and 2nd form before, but then when I got to third i ran out of hp and ammo, so now i'm replaying it, and FINALLY got back to the 2nd form so i could stay around with one tentacle left and replenish my hp. Well I was relaly close to getting full health, and suddenly, the gas just rises up all the way, for a LONG time, i'm basically dead, the game is paused and i've lost 6 bars so far, what am I to do? just retry?! why won't it go down? the boss is so hard!

Wrong topic, and do you mean this? Because that's the only "glitchy way" to get them in Echoes.

I don't think so, as you need the key down there for the chykka fight, and you need the chykka fight for the dark visor, and you need the dark visor for......

Yes you can, but it is a bit uglier. As Lazylen mentions, there is a key you must get to so you can reach Chykka to get the Dark Visor and finish the game (as you can't get the Sky Temple keys without it).
What you do is first complete Torvus as much as you can, then go into Sanctuary Fortress and enter SW 66, Transport to Temple Grounds, then do a wallcrawl past the DV-Seeker targets in Reactor Access. Complete Sanctuary without DV (which will require such tricks as Hall of Combat Mastery). You can either get just the SA and Spider before leaving or you can also get Annhilator and return the energy by skipping DS2 (and thus Echo Visor) as DS2 lives behind a PB door. To leave Sanctuary, you might use SW 15, HoCM (an SA SW) and wallcrawl all the way back to the elevator. Now with Spiderball you go back to Torvus, fight PB Guardian, and then pick up that last Toruvs key right behind it, and then continue as "normal".
If you've returned Sanctuary's energy, you can fight Chykka with the Light Suit (which is cool yet not as exciting as you'd hope).

Huh? How can you go to Transport to temple grounds without dark visor?
Oops, forgot about that part. Wallcrawl to there from a Temple Grounds SW (like with Temple Assembly Site) and on the way back just go back through the Great Temple.
