I've acquired 30 green stars so far. I have to say that I am really enjoying seeing how cleverly positioned these stars are. I don't really feel like it's a cheap move - an attempt to recycle old levels, etc. They are forcing me to look at those levels in entirely new ways. I also like how they are forcing me to stretch my limits (or what I thought were limits) on where I could go and what I could do. That's one of the things that I love about some SM hacks - they force you to pull off moves that you otherwise never would have and consequently become a better player.
it seemed to me like the green stars were just in totally random spots, with only a few requiring some skill to get. still, they're just bonus stuff so it's hard to complain.
No, a lot of them were random from what I remember. But those stars that do require thinking about how to collect them properly made up for that in my mind.
So I got a Heavy taunt kill on a server the other day, during humiliation. It helps that my target was a Spy, who was trying to stab me in the face, and I was next to a recharge cabinet. Not only that, I have a hit-ding editor that makes all hits over a certain damage point sound like a low rumbling gong, and the server had custom noises for different kills (not all kills, mind). The "POW! HAHA!" kill sets off a "DAAAAAAAAYUMN!"
its been a while since my last time playing TF2, i really like to play as medic (as in everyother game that a healer/medic class) but is dificult to play as medic when everyone you try to save thinks he is invicible and throws itself in the face of the enemy...
this problem too, happen in everyother game that have a healer/medic class, like LoL (play as Taric), alien Swarm, WoW, Ragnarok and Monster Hunter (bowgunner with Heal-S rapidfire).
it's strange, cuz you when you get back from a hospital IRL, you don't throw yourself into a pit, or get into a fight the second you get better from a fever...
All I really play as is either scout, pyro, or sniper. When I first started playing TF2 I played the crap out of the engies, but kinda forgot about them over time.
My record for sniper is ~30 kills in one life (on a legit 2fort server, lol). I could never repeat that though, but I still like to brag about it (most likely I wouldn't be able to repeat it because I won't be able to join a server with so many noobs on the opposite team). My longest life is also as a Sniper, ~14 minutes xD (go figure).

I probably would if there was a respawn room nearby.
I'm usually the medic on TF2, normally cause no-one else is and we're losing badly, and my computer (as mentioned many times) is shit, so it starts dropping in framerate the moment I target someone. I usually do quite well some times, getting MVP on some levels and making the game-winning Übercharge push. I've even got the "Intern" and "First Do No Harm" achievements, for healing over 7000HP in one life, and ranking top of the leaderboard without killing anyone, respectively. I'm still working on healing 10,000HP in one life, though.
Currently playing through Uncharted 2. Enjoying it so far. Some of the treasures are stupidly hidden, and a few have made me chuckle when I've seen them by accident when looking around at stuff.
I'm Currently Playing the I-aint-playin-shit-cuz-i-wish-i-had-other-m game.
Oh, I know that one! Long game, isn't it?
I've tried to pass the time playing some of the hacks I enjoyed the first time around (Redesign, Eris, Golden Dawn) but I started to slow down by the time I got part way into GD. Not sure if I'll be able to finish it before tomorrow.
I'm not playing it right now cause I have work in 7 and a half hours, and I need sleep, but Steam Support helped me get Worms Reloaded running! I just needed a DirectX update.
Played about 20 minutes of Other M, cat decided he wanted to rub all over the USB stick poking out of the back, game froze, turned wii off, stopped playing Other M.
I liked the cutscenes, mostly because if they were in HD they'd make good wallpapers. I wonder if they have any, brb.
