finished uncharted - what a game. reminds me a lot of resident evil 4, and not in a bad way. very much looking forward to playing 2. although now i want to replay 1.
After that terrible start to Fire Red, I went back and tried again. I am currently about to pass through the Rock Tunnel, and have been dominating everything so far with just the Squirtle evolution line. Brock's gym it made sense, Misty's gym, eh, but against Lt. Surge? I water-gunned his Pokes to death. His Raichu was the only thing that got a hit in, dealing ~20 damage with Spark. I had caught only 3 other pokemon at this point, a Pidgey, Paras, and Caterpie. The pidgey is the only one with any battle experience, though is still lvl 9 with everyone else. I caught a lvl 29 Dugtrio in the diglett cave, but that was mainly for Dig and the fact that I need to catch 10 different pokes to get Flash.
Only struggle I can think of for now is Erika when I get there, then whatever the Elite 4 might have, but I'm not too terribly worried since I've been over-leveled almost the whole game now. :P
Erika so far is the only fight I've had to redo, and that's because her Vileplume put Blastoise to sleep. On the second try, Victreebel used Stun Spore (which, oddly enough, only stunned Blastoise for the next turn) which allowed me to mow down the rest of the team.
Up to Silph Co. now, with Blastoise up to level 53. The rest of Saffron should be a breeze.
Monday: Mega Man 10 second DLC wave. Special Stage 2 and 3, which should give me just a few minutes of gameplay, but also two new weapons to play with in the main story. The real treat is Endless Attack. If it's as addictive as the original EA in MM9, I will burn 20 to 25 hours on this casually while listening to the radio. Awesome stuff.
Next weekend (not this one): Bye bye Wii, hello PS3. Three games still sealed. I will play God of War III first, then Arkham Asylum, then BioShock 2. This will keep things busy for a few weeks, until...
May 23rd: Super Mario Galaxy 2. If the game manages to get here in time, anyway...
When's the next wave of DLC scheduled to be released? Next monday? That'd mean it'll be released in europe on friday .. sucks, sicne I'd love to get it today.
And haven't you finished GoWIII just a few weeks ago?
June will be busy for me. Galaxy 2, Persona 3 Portable and Rockman Zero Collection to be released in that month. I'm afraid I don't even have the money for all these games.
Currently playing nothing, because I'm sick of Handheld stuff. That's why I wish for MM10's DLC to be released already. :'(
Yeah, I finished NSMBWii for the second time earlier this week, and then I started playing Mario Kart Wii, realizing how much I missed it. My hope is to get around to playing through Galaxy 1 as Luigi before the 23rd when Galaxy 2 arrives, and then I'll have that until Other M comes in. In all of that there's also going to be ModNation Racers for the PS3 that I have my eye on, which is supposed to come out around the same time as Galaxy does. It's basically a mesh of LittleBig Planet and Mario Kart, since you can customize everything from your racer, to the kart, and even tracks.
I just gave Beat Hazard a demo run, and my retinas have been scorched. It's an awesome game, and it's something that would benefit greatly from being played whilst high. I may buy it soon.
lol it was pretty fun to me when beaten this 100% 3 times i just couldn't stand the cutscenes because it was just too goofy.
Trying to speed run Solar Man in Mega Man 10 but however I noticed this asshole hacker called Kneeman is #1 on every stage in the world record list which is just bothering me.

There's always one dick who doesn't want to play fair.
I've been playing Monster Hunter Tri today. It ate up my afternoon without me noticing it.
