On second though, who cares if a topic is "hot" anyway? I'd go for just removing those two columns of icons altogether–– then I'd be quite happy with keeping the red new post icon where it is. The pushpins to represent stickied topics work fine where they are, so the two columns of icons are unnecessary.

I guess to me, having the columns of large icons AND having the pushpins/new posts icons is redundant.

This is due to the forum not moving over posts with special characters. nate plans on fixing this.

On the theme Enterprise, the mods'/admins' animated Metroids don't show up; there's five asterisks instead. Showed up fine when I switched back to the default theme... dunno about other themes, didn't bother checking.

Try the default if you haven't recently. It's been cleaned up by Saber a goo dbit, and there's still more work to be done.

One point of confusion, at least for me. The Next/Previous buttons at the bottom left hand corner go to the next thread rather than the next page is this supposed to happen? Because I was forlorn and forgotten in a maze of ultra death while I vainly attempted to navigate my way to page 5 of this topic.

I don't know if this has been metioned before, nor do I know if it's a problem specific to the Wii browser, but often when I scroll down the text kinda duplicates and blurs together. Makes it pretty unreadable.

sorry about that outage just now ("smf can't connect to the database"). it seems innodb is no panacea after all. i'll cut down on the use on the database to prevent that from happening again. also sda was updated earlier today so i'm suspicious that had something to do with it as well.
