A few things off the top of my head:

It was helpful when the page numbers were both at the top and bottom of each page.
Months in all of the dates are still displayed as 'B'.
Smilies missing.
No preview button.
The sticky topics all have red cirles next to them, but these don't change to reflect new posts, whereas the normal threads change to a green '+'. <--May be fixed now, as it shows a bell, but I noticed this last night.
Scratch that - I think I was just bein' a div.

EDIT:
I agree with Toozin about the signatures. If you bring them back, at least give us the ability to turn them off. A number of us probably prefer the minimalist look.
Also, the ability to copy the link to an attachment while posting would be very handy. It would just save posting, copying, modifying, and saving, when you want to add an image.

Discovered an issue using Wii Opera: when I try to zoom in on 'active users', the window disappears. When I zoom out, it also disappears. And when I get the window to stay, it's just too small to read.

When hitting a topic title from the index, you're brought to the last post in the thread. In SMF, you were brought to your last unread post in the thread. That was a much better way of doing it. Make it do that instead, and perhaps make the "Last post" text link to the last post.

why? in smf you could scroll to the middle of the page and not see page numbers at all. now page numbers are fixed at the bottom of the page where you can always see them, eliminating any need to scroll just to change the page.

at the moment taiga forum only keeps track of unread topics, not unread posts. nate's going to rewrite unread so that it keeps track of posts, and then i can do that.

Something quite minor I've noticed:

The little phrases that appear randomly at the top of the page are static. It says 'Saturday Savior' no matter how many times I refresh the page. It used to change constantly.

Ha... I'm using Taiga Red and the names in yellow are hard to read (they're purple in the default theme). But then again, I think certain people have that difficulty. It's not necessarily any type of thing that would need fixing... Confused

There was another theme where the Users > Online... The folders by their names were above them. It was Taiga Green.

And this box at the bottom of the screen to add your reply seems too short for my liking. Sometimes I like to go back over what I've typed -without having to scroll. I have a propensity to be long winded at times. :-p

in the next version i hope to have the sizes of the post box and edit post area adjustable. the reason it's so small by default is because i anticipate most conversation on taiga forums to be back-and-forth like instant messaging.

- No "Go to newest post" option when in the list of topics.
- Unread

- New Post button, while always in a constant position, is in a position no other forum I know of places their "reply".
- The differences between the green and grey for new or no new posts is very minute and makes it harder to recognize at a quick glance.
- "View post's edit history" and the icon next to it are separate linkables. Neither of which seem to stand out as "These are the edits!"
- Clicking the users "tab" links you to the list of ALL users, while the subcategories only minimize that specific section. Atleast for Online it'd make sense to go to a list of Online Users.
- Clicking [in tabs] or [tabs] for 21 unread posts causes my Firefox to block out 15 popups, and no tabs are generated.

So far my only problem have been choppiness when scrolling (in topics), and posts being rendered in the pagination/reply area while scrolling in topics (for about a frame or two). I suspect the root of both problems is my laughingstock of a computer.

YES!!! Yoshi's back!

Three things I'd like to have changed:
Quoted text was slightly smaller than the rest in SMF. I think that was better.

Mods and admins only have different colors. Just to be clear, they should have positions below their names like in SMF. Some forums have other groups that change name color, so some people might not know that colors mean authority here.

Will there be a working search feature? I stress working.

In response to the text, I definitely like fixed width fonts much better.

EDIT: I'd also like to see something else at the bottom of a page of posts so I know when to stop scrolling.

I guess I edited too many times or something, because my last edit won't show up. What it was going to be:

EDIT2: In IE8, the bar that scrolls with you is stuck partway down the page in the Taiga red greena nd blue skins. I would also like the Index > board > topic thing to go left to right. When I hover my cursor over "taiga forum" on the index page, it says "author: Tim".

I think the editing works fine, but I have found that sometimes, while you're editing, you'll randomly be taken out of the reply box, and everything you typed is undone.

No, that's not what happened. It just didn't save the edit.
Minor bug: If you have post count enabled and you make two posts on the same page, your post count doedn't get updated on the first post.

EDIT: Unfortunately for Kenny, /me no longer works.

I see the asian characters
