Hello I am new here and I was wondering how I can view the speedrun by Drewseph Without it going nuts on me.
This is what happens: Everything is going fine until he dies, and when he respawns, he just moves around like a maniac, as if something was wrong with the movie... Any one know what's going on?
P.S. The crc32 of the movie and ROM do not match, would that couse any significant problems? P.S.S. The crc32 of the ROM is: 520C3EB2; and the movie's crc32 is: 4D961AFO. Also I am using Version 2.1 of the Patch. Lastly, is the Speedrun of the game a complete speedrun, or an experimental one? Thanks in Advance :)
You need v2.0 to play that movie without desyncing.
Edit: Where do you go after high jump? I've looked for hours now.
EDIT 2: Why is no one responding? I don't want to be stuck for days.
Edit 3: I got so bored of looking, I watched Saturn's run and found out. Thanks to no one but Saturn.
Edit 4: Was this suppost to happen with Phantoon (probably spoilers)?
Could any body please point me to -or pm me- version 2.0 of the super metroid redesign patch? Also I don't know whether I have an Unheadered or Headered rom, but I really think it is Unheadered. Thanks in advance

The Headered Rom is 3,073 KB UN-Headered Rom is 3,072 KB
You're asking for version 2.0... But it's up to 2.1. Are you sure you're wanting 2.0?
I'll PM it to you sometime today. And it's v2.0 he wants, as it's the one the run was done on. There were minor changes in v2.1 that make the run desync.
In regards to this hack, I played until I got to Maridia... then lost all my saves when I got a new computer. =/ It was pretty fun (Especially Hell's Run, but only when thinking about it afterwards), but I didn't like the fact that enemies took about eleventy billion shots with the power beam to kill... But all in all, I really enjoyed playing.

thats when you need to use like, 1 missile or a charge shot. I intended for the player to make more use of missiles, since when you don't have full missiles in stock the enemies love to refill them
Yea, I noticed that different enemies require different weapons, for efficiency sake. Like, try using the bomb sometimes :) Although now, I'm screw attacking like a mad man.
