I was kidding about the TAS thing of course, I know better than that. Yours never fail to entertain though. I guess I'll really HAVE to finish Aegis before you finish your 100% TAS. So how much time do I have left exactly? Wink

Yeah I knew you where kidding, but that's not a reason to not give an informative answer Wink
And I think the 100% run will be done in between 1 and 2 months, but I'd say you have more time than that, because I want to find some other game to TAS after it is done.
ok i now got spring ball and plasma beam and did a another hell run 8-) to eldridge(second part) and even went to lower keruarn... Shocked but i rather wait with it because i need varia suit atleast for that place i think i have been searching for it all the time but i cannot find it anywhere... can someone tell me please Rolling Eyes

Varia is in Eldridge.  Go to the room with the 3 or 4 mocktroids in it that also has the 3 big rolling bug things.  Then go through the upper right door, through the next room, then to the room with the ghost.  Look from here.

More specifically...

Somewhere to the left of that particular room.

It is possible without varia :D

But anyway

In Eldridge on your way to LN you passed a room with some conveyor belts, to the left of that room should be a smaller room with another conveyor belt, search for a hidden passage there.
thanks yet again :P tried the lower keruarn but that was more than impossible i think  Shocked first room toke like 6 blocks energy away not to mention from the elevator coming down  you already lose 1 block  ](*,) oh well now i gonna get varia suit asap to make it alot easier :)

I think this question has already been asked, can't remember if it was answered and the thread has gotten too large to skim.

Are there parts of Eldridge that are only accessible once?  I'm playing my second time through the hack (cuz it's awesome) and I'm nervous about passing all the way through the upper portion of Eldridge with items left behind that I won't be able to get later.  My first time through the hack I tried for a long time to revisit the entire area but was unsuccessful.

If the answer is "YES, some parts of Eldridge can only be accessed once", then my second question is:  What are all the items I need to make sure I find ?

Just an etank that you can get later in another location. But you can only get the lore once. after the statue walks you through the floor, thats it.
Just a comment/observation.  Gravity jumping should be utilized in more hacks.  It's really fun to go shooting up the screen like that.

I got the energy tank above the noob tube utilizing gravity jumping rather than a charge, and I thought it was quite a bit easier to get that way.

Would that be this tank?  Got the lore.

Plasma's just an optional upgrade. If you don't have Varia you should go get it out of Eldridge. If you don't have Gravity you should get it... out of Eldridge. Ha ha!

Where are the suits?, i don't have them :(

I haven't checked the posts yet to see how far you've gotten, Sturmvogel Prime, but the item that let's you get into the area with the Varia Suit will be...

The springball. Check the area where you can use it to continue in Eldrige. Be sure to look carefully in the room that's by the top left of the big room in that area.

As for the Gravity Suit...

You need the wave beam (at least) and check the room north west of the "wall jump gauntlet room" in Sector M of Eldrige. You can use the Ice Beam to your advantage, or you can wait for the High Jump Boots.

EDIT: Since DMantra posted the map, I'm just going to finish with the time and % I have since I put this off for a couple of days.

EDIT 2: Done.

Missed Keruarn Lore, Animals Saved. Original Version Difficulty.
ok,  so i need some help as i'm getting frustrated, and sorry for asking so specifically on frame by frame directions but if someone could help me i'd appreciate it.  I figure if i can see something i want to get it, and I won't go on till i do.

So based off the screen shot attached...
I start holding run at the very end of the hallway to charge up a speedboost.  When i get to the crack in the floor (figured DMantra put it in as a marker) marked 1 in the screenshot is when i jump, figuring i want to get as close to the floor and needing to avoid mark 2 in the ceiling.  Somewhere around here i figure i should be releasing jump and then holding it back down and double tapping down then forward to get a mockball going.

Yes, i know i did it once in the picture, but i have yet to recreate that attempt again.  Go figure that time i did it real time, after after a long time of trying i've gone to slow motion and still can't do it.

It's intended that you use speedspringball there. With enough work it can be done without (as some have), but it's hardly worth it.
ok thanks...

I eventually gave up but left the savestate there unless i felt like really going back.

The cliffhanging section with the ostridge animal running back and forth in the water.... pure evil.

I just ran from the far right side of the room and spin jumped through those blocks, never stopped to hold the charge. that was the easy version, not sure if possible in the regular version.
Yeah, i went frame by frame trying to jump through and couldn't find the place to jump and time to release jump to make it all the way through, so i eventually gave up...

Not sure how that room is different in easy to hard versions.
Hated by all
Well, you need to speedball to reach there in normal (based on what you show), and in easy mode, if you're on the right height, you can just do a plain shinespark (keep into consideration that in SM, Samus is three blocks high).

Ugh, I hate having to double wall-jump mid-air morph with water underneath. . .

I'll tell you if you modify your post to hide that spoiler, it's the biggest one in the game.
It would also be better to use proper grammar in your posts and not a massive run-on sentence.

Why shouldn't it be? Because frankly I don't see the good thing about having to decipher messages before you can understand them, and on this site most of the users (well at least a lot) actually do write properly, it would be nice too keep it that way.

And I don't understand why people respond negatively to critique about their spelling (as long as it is not done in a highly offensive way), is it a bad thing to actually learn stuff?
