Sneaky:

In that room with the elevator being blocked by Super Missile blocks in Juolbrin, there's a blue door in the upper left portion of that room leading to another room that's filled with water. Search there.

Curious, but was I supposed to get Wave before Varia? I just did that. Ridley was NOT fun suitless :P (8 E-Tanks, 25 Super Missiles, some normal missiles, and some crazy savestating were all needed).

I'm at ridley now, he keeps pwning me though, I have 9 energy tanks, 25 SM, and 130 missiles, way less than what I'm used to fighting him with.

also, is it just me or is there only one weapon that hurts GT?

Where is the map screen messed up?
Also, yeah, only one weapon can harm GT, it's hinted at in his room.

Anywhere, everywhere

Found an early missile expansion and a glitch. When going down the elevator that you can't take back up in green brinstar (the one you get to after shinesparking in the landing site) Go down through the ground and to the right like normal. Instead of shinesparking straight up, shinespark diagonally up and right. A weird door transition will occur and you will get a missile that is normally behind a power bomb door. Luckily you don't get stuck though.

i just got gravity and have been getting pwned by GT, and I noticed that my map screen went to shit. I remember I looked at it after going up that huge quick shaft from WS to suripere and it was fine. sometime between there and the GT fight my map died. it looks fine on older save states. If it doesnt somehow go back to normal Im gonna have to go all the way back.
also, this f-ed up map says keruarn, but i thought i was in suripere.

In the same place, shinespark diagonally up and left and you get caught in the pink brin. You can still hit the door transition to the right, but I keep getting stuck in the walls.

The greenbrin shinespark glitch has been fixed. It was a horrible one too, can completely ruin the game's flow.

butterflyboy, that's because GT won't work unless his room is in Norfair.
His room is in Surripere but technically it's in Keruarn. No way around it.

Yes. This trick was also used in GD, and will probably need to be used in many other future hacks unless Jathys intervenes and puts out an ASM hack allowing bosses in any area.

Western Juolbrin (green brinstar). You can access it through the landing site.

I recently left Eldridge and worked my way back to Keruarn.
I've got 4 e-tanks.
20 missles
5 SMs
Grapple beam...

There's an acid room, then a room with a gray door with enemies that look unreachable. I didn't live long enough to make above one of those face things (an enemy that you kill w/ Super Missles).

Please say no...

Edit: No way... Is it possible to get past that room? The only way I see..

I finally found the that entrance to whatever the maridia place was. Not that I remembered there was a blue gate there... Anyways, highjump makes that landing site boost a lot easier. But what the hell am I supposed to do with highjump boots? I can't think of any areas they let me get to that I couldn't reach before.

Just got high-jump boots. Wow this hack is taking off! It's been slow going until now. Feels like I've found more shit in the last 15 minutes than I have in the whole game so far.
