You have to use the original settings for controll to use this so you can use two buttons to fire press on after the next simitiuosly thenit will rapid fire like crazy . I fyou can do it fast enough then it will almost be like a laser. Good for killing metroids if you don't have or want to use missiles . but remeber its a watse of ammo if ou use them on those little meocnth metroid thingys.

Since I'm already getting 3000+ kills in survivor, and the other modes are easy anyway, I'll forget that this trick ever existed.

I've actually used it in multiplayer against one of my buddies before, it rocked him hardcore style. Mostly because he just kept running away from me, rather than strafing and such.

Yeah, but that doesn't make it useful. You could have pasted him without it, surely. Unless it has a decent use, I'm not interested. Besides, everyone already knows the Power Beam fires at the rate you press fire anyway. Old and pointless.
