miles'll get 0:55 then feel obligated to beat that in mp1 then he'll get 0:54 in mp1 and feel obligated to beat that in mp2 then he'll get 0:53 in mp2 and etc etc
miles'll get 0:55 then feel obligated to beat that in mp1 then he'll get 0:54 in mp1 and feel obligated to beat that in mp2 then he'll get 0:53 in mp2 and etc etc
then he'll miraculously beat his segmented runs
How can you beat an unfinished run? Unless you're referring to his single segment runs as segmented?
congrats btw, can't say much about the run yet, still didn't finish watching
EDIT: vault dash, rezbits in sanctuary temple access and Agon-Torvus SW were pretty bad, that sexy morph SW in Great Temple, first try air underwater and almost DS4 Skip probably helped quite a lot in making up that time though.
congratulations Charles :) i don't know much about Echoes but afaik Echoes i a longer game than mp1 and takes more time to beat than mp1 so imo a sub hour run in echoes is even more impressive than in mp1
I don't know if "larger" is the right term. It's longer, yes, but it has a lot of things that exist to draw things out (See:key collecting).
But still, that in spite of how resistant to sequence fuckery Echoes is meant to be Miles was still pretty much done with the game 20 - 30 minutes into the video is just wonderful.
If all the tricks were not at the beginning of the game it would probably be even more annoying. But still seriously though, it's rediculous how many runs miles got through lately.
