I haven't seen one here (topic) and although this is the demo right now, there are some possible leads and actual glitches in the demo that are fun to use.

Speed Trick:
The "High Jump Bomb Jump" as I call it. Lay a bomb (or two for slightly more height) and unmorph as soon as your bomb explodes under you. You will be shot upwards and will still be able to jump too.
This may exceed the Space Jump height if done correctly.

Glitch:
In survivor mode (Assault Cradle) you can glitch out of the map. First, go to either the front or back room (with the ammo recharge and booster to launch you up to level 2) and stand on top of the morph ball launcher (it's blue with a gate on top) and slowly start to walk up to the top (you won't be able to walk no more due to the angle) and then walk off to the left (there should be a space that you can fit in) and you will walk through the wall and off the map.

Pro to this area: There are TONS of Mochtroids which you can kill easily since they don't notice you. Also, there are some Metroid in there but due to invisible walls, they won't hurt you unless you are in the process of killing them.

Dimensions: The "Invisi" room is about the same size as the real room you were just in. It's also like a mirror. If you walk too far off the sides (east or west) you will fall to your death.

Suggestions: I don't know how to get out of this room yet so it's a good idea to stock up on beam ammo and missiles since you will be spending forever in there. It's best to get in there after about 50ish kills.

EDIT:I know how to get out of this room. You can simply roll out into the hallway with those spikey creatures (name escapes me). Also, you can HJBJ over the invis walls.

Any more guys?
Thread title:
Just thought I'd expand on your thoughts, and offer my method (the same, but including a DBJ as well)

Quote from Phazon Siphon from SCU:

Elite Bomb Jump. A technique usable to achieve never before seen height.

Lay a Bomb. A millisecond before it explodes, lay another, then quickly lay the third at the peak of the third's jump. You'll perform a DBJ, which in itself gives impressive height.

Now, the millisecond after the last bomb boosts you, unmorph. As you're unmorphing, TAP THE SCREEN REPEATEDLY (or do whatever else you'd do to jump). Due to some weird physics, morphing right after the jump gives immense height, and also for some weird reason you don't have to be standing to jump.

For an example of the height gained, imagine the 3rd to last room in Regulator mode (the upward tower one with the metroid before the door). You can climb that in one EBJ, bottom to top.

Also, you can skip all the platforms in the platform room... yeah, it gets that much height. If you're a Halo 2 vet, imagine the height gained from the Elite Sword Jump.

Alt SW1: Survivor mode level (likely works in multi, as it's the same level-haven't tested yet)

From where you start, head through the left tunnel which winds you into a room with some Mochtroids and a jump pad. Use the jump pad, and come apon the top of a hallway with a slope leading towards a huge pillar. EBJ towards the pillar, and you can land on it. Simply jump forward and land in SW1.

I'm sure you could easily find some more in the other two levels, barring any ceiling...

If someone could find a higher bomb jump than DBJ, we could get even higher...

EDIT: Oh, and BTW, the HJBJ/EBJ gains FAR more height than the Space Jump. Probably 2-3x as high...
in multiplayer, there IS a secret world in the trooper moldule. on the middle plateform do one of those Double bomb jumps with the unmorph and then jump while the other players watch you go thru the roof and beyond! Thank you demo glitches! Rolling Eyes

~supuh~
hasnt anyone else found another glitch/secret world? theres 2 in a demo, which is very surprising, someone go through the other levels and find some too. (this is my first ever secret world i discovered myself, im so happy ^_^_^_^_^_^_^_^
IBJ well I almost did it takes some timing. Just keep doing it over and over.

Secret world.: In survivor mode go to the second level. You know how in Multiplay on the second level on top of those things there is either an; A energy, Lop , missile? Well get on top of those do a DBJ to a Unmorph then jump right on top of the building just hold forward and you won't fall Keep going and you'll fall into an SW!
thats sw1, we already know about that, its just that i found a second one, in multiplayer. there are probably more in multiplayer though

Supuh, for the love of God, STOP DOUBLE POSTING.  Evil or Very Mad  Evil or Very Mad

Ooh, Yoshi brought out the big guns.
THe SW in ancient Vestiage? That was a weird one.
But that is the only 2
NOT ANICENT VESTAGE! its in the trooper module, and yes, it works, ive done it, you stand on the middle platform, and do the really high bomb jump, and you will go through the middle of the roof.

oh, and yoshi, ive been trying to cut down on my double posts, i have, yet its people who say stuff like "oh my god! whats my name?" and "Kool-aid is bad!" who really need to be put to sleep!  oh sorry, i ment like how nobodys taken notice that i havent made a single double post in just a second... *counts on figures* 47 hours, 56 minutes, and some seconds from this post!
I found a.... Actually, my friend found a Huge morph ball bounce ^^;;.

To perform it: Simply find a Metroid (Not a xenomorph, or whatever they're called.), And let it come and munch you, now, lay a bomb. It goes kaboom, and the metroid gets dizzy, after five seconds the metroid will return, repeat the first step. Now, if i clearly remember, the third bomb will kill it. As you lay the third bomb, place your pen to the "Unmorph button", but do not press it. When the bomb explodes killing the metroid, Then press it, and Samus will unmorph just when the Metroid dies, this will strangely give you a Giant boost, and even lets you jump again in the air.

With a combination of this and the EBJ, this would give you a Bomb jump, that would achieve a Very, very high jump indeed.

Another speed hint: The Samus at the end of Regulator can be killed with 3 Charge missiles. (If i clearly remember)
