could a gba run be possibly as fast as a TAS run?  What are really the differences? (besides save states)

And could you do the speedbooster trick thing where you jump but don't spin on a gba. If so, how?

Also, how did tdk do the arc 1 trick (wall jumping and jump extending)
and, why did he go low on the last jump when space boosting to and from the two tank area behind the boss room

In both df and tdk's TAS runs, ive seen them do extremely visually appealing things when waiting for boss, like doing little (but extremely fast) jumps on the ground and also shooting their beam extremely fast. could you do that on gba? (If so, how)

Lastly, could you execute the double core x shot on every boss and every turn (on gba)? I've only done it on the first few bosses right when they appear, but i believe it can be done (after super missile, the frame time thingy gets bigger, doesn't it?)

Well, technically it could, but it's not really humanly possible to do a normal GBA run as fast as one can do a cyborg run. The differences are that cyborg funs use save states and sometimes slowdown, so you can literally make the run perfect. A cartidge run will never be as perfect as a borged run.

Frame advance, which lets you pull off pixel perfect moves and tricks going frame by frame.

To do it, you have to stop running for one frame, jump for one frame, then keep holding jump and the direction you're going in. You can do it on gba, but only after many trys and quick reflexes.

It involves walljumping a certain distance, turning around, and morphing and unmorphing to give you added distance. This would be way too hard to do on gba.

That was just to show off by making it look like I was falling, but jump and make it back up.

Most of the tricks are way too fast to do on gba, but I'm sure if you could press the shoot button fast enought you could get close, but still not frame perfect timing.

Yes. I also do normal speedruns of fusion, and I am able to get double core x shot most of the time. I doubt someone could get it all the time. Double eye core x shots are also possible, (on gba too) but that was discovered after our runs were finished.

I hope you understand everything now.
I like Big Butts and I can not lie
go watch my run aswell, i impliment the double core-x shot's on the two I.X's i've done, so does dragonfangs in his new run

and you'll find i'm usually [always] on frame advance, and the

thing is called jet jumping...apparently

you can also already have the charge and jump without spin
you just go into morph ball and press up then jump (in a tas, you would just press down, up, jump and not morph completely

Single wall jumping:each number represents what what frames they were pressed on

you can do those with hacked gba's or hacked gamecube controlers that support turbo
