I'm not good at chords because my hands are small and while they're nimble they're not particularly strong, so I have to compromise a lot

I did just buy a short scale electric though, they make them for kids, so I can probably get a lot of stuff on that I wouldn't be able to get on a fully sized one

yeah my stretches have improved a lot (mainly thanks to playing the riff from Every Breath You Take and bass work) but it's still a struggle for some things

man i had a breakthrough yesterday. realized i can play open major chords and just mute the third to get a fuller power chord

makes back in black sound so much better, holy shit
