I think more important is that it was pretty much exactly the appropriate amount of gore and violence for a Deadpool movie rather than being "omg R rated superhero movie 2 xtreeemm!"

They're not all idiots, but there are several of them in there. Everyone who's not an idiot knows these people are idiots, but we can never talk about it. lol it is! Actually it's called 'say it like it is'. But it's kind of a catch-22 if you violate one of the other values in the process. It's stupid, but they're very big on that stuff.

That might be why those people are still there. Maybe they're protected by the values. They sure are treated like children.

It probably has more to do with legal concerns. It seems to be impossible to get fired for incompetence. They'll fire you over attendance, ethics/values, but for some reason people can make as many mistakes as they want. Compliance only accounts for 5% of the review while values is 40% or some huge number like that.
