I think more important is that it was pretty much exactly the appropriate amount of gore and violence for a Deadpool movie rather than being "omg R rated superhero movie 2 xtreeemm!"
surrounded by idiots who don't know they're idiots, and you're the only sane person
They're not all idiots, but there are several of them in there. Everyone who's not an idiot knows these people are idiots, but we can never talk about it. I want so bad to just ask my boss why the hell these people work here, but I'm too afraid of the response I would get because the company is super big on their 'values' system that puts a lot of focus on teamwork, trust, etc. It would be total blasphemy to say anything bad about another coworker's abilities.
lol it is! Actually it's called 'say it like it is'. But it's kind of a catch-22 if you violate one of the other values in the process. It's stupid, but they're very big on that stuff.
That might be why those people are still there. Maybe they're protected by the values. They sure are treated like children.
It probably has more to do with legal concerns. It seems to be impossible to get fired for incompetence. They'll fire you over attendance, ethics/values, but for some reason people can make as many mistakes as they want. Compliance only accounts for 5% of the review while values is 40% or some huge number like that.
tbh I dont even know what that means and the urban dictionary definitions are all over the place. Apparently having sex with a girl while you aren't in a relationship with her makes you a fuckboy, especially if there's another guy interested in her? Or at least I guess that's how it applies
