It's like, bitch, I only fly once a year at most. How the he'll am I supposed to know how all your gates and lines and tsa shit works, and don't groan at me because I had to take out my ID from my qallet

OMG I picked the absolute worst day to go to work. They switched our customer service team to the Phillippines and apparently customers are holding for up to an hour, so they threw my dept on the phones. We have no clue what we are doing, and apparently most of the people in my dept suddenly forgot how to pretend that they know what they-re doing - which amazes me since some of them have perfected the art. This day sucks ass.

I seem to be doing OK so far. Most of these people are calling about things that I can use common sense to help them with. I've probably given out some inaccurate info to a couple of them but it's not the end of the world.

Like this - Customer: 'I ordered my package yesterday and asked for 2-day delivery. When will it deliver?" Me without even attempting to locate anything in the system: 'It will deliver on Monday' Customer: "OK thanks!"

I've had two customers complain about the filipino customer service reps' accents. They said they can't understand them at all. I can relate, I had that happen to me when I called Century Link. Then when I complained about it they came just short of calling me a racist. If you can't understand someone then that's an issue, who cares if it hurts someone's feelings.
