yeah I bought it when I was living at ed's and just needed something for my bedroom, but I just kept using it for 7 years until it broke

so now I can get a TV for £400 that would have cost >£2000 when I bought it originally

seems like the best strategy to me, i used the 37" i bought in 07 for college until last year when i finally upgraded

it was 1080p though so it wasn't bad at all other than the size

Having to wait a couple of days isn't terrible, but having it right away is way better.
