not sure if I posted about it, but they're having trouble "Verifying my identity". They apparently have no record of me existing and living anywhere. I told them I can just fax or email them a copy of my passport, driver's license, social security card, etc. but nope. Has to be done online.

I'm still trying to figure out how to do my tax return this year but they've closed all the regional tax offices so I can't just go in and ask, it's bullshit

well, I am a qualified accountant now, and I've done quite a few tax returns and other tax fun things... but I'm sure it's drastically different over there than it is here.
