i felt the same way

great movie regardless, but damn he sure was joking around a lot for being close to death essentially all the time
red chamber dream
his taking to the gopro cameras so much was a little contrived, but i get how it works as a plot device
yeah exactly

also lol @ china cooperating with the us on something like that

guess it's an intentionally optimistic version of the future though

did you see gravity? it's the complete opposite, where the peril feels very real the entire time
no, I really should see that
I like sandra bullock too, she's very watchable
she was really good in demolition man
that's a good film actually, doesn't get enough credit, I think people just see snipes and stallone and prejudge it but it's a cleverer script than your average dumb 90s action film

i haven't seen it, but i've heard good things

i like bullock too except in super shlocky stuff
:(  I wanna see a good movie.  This year has been a dud for movies (and games). I hope they didn't ruin star wars.  I really need that movie to be good.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
Fury Road came out this year so it was actually the best year for movies.

Also Star Wars will be awful cause JJ Abrams and also Star Wars.
haha opium that avatar, well played
sort of want halo 5 but I'm not buying an xbox one for it

i have no interest in the new star wars movie ... i've never really liked star wars though so that's probably why
i wouldn't say I have no interest but I'm not going to go out of my way to see it

same situation as halo 5 in fact
i think star wars is one of those generational things again, you had to be an 80s kid to really get into it because there just wasn't anything else like it
of course george lucas did a lot of urinating onto it later on which doesn't help
is it really an 80s thing? seems like people my age are going apeshit for some reason
i dunno it just seems like it would have the most impact on the people who saw it when it came out, I mean a lot of the appeal was in the special effects and stuff, it was also a science fiction action film at a time when nobody was making films like that but its success meant that suddenly everyone was doing it (its success was the reason we started getting star trek films)

but those sorts of films are more common now

maybe I'm wrong
i suppose the prequels opened it up to a new generation of fans, although why anyone would particularly get into those films is beyond me
yeah i dunno. they're the same people who went crazy for the dark knight movies, which i don't care for
no I think I like the 1989 batman movie the best
i think people nowadays confuse big budgets with quality
or high production value, rather
