I'm definitely qualified. I just need to sell me, and I get SO nervous in that kind of situation. Right now I'm just facepalming about all the stupid things I said in the interview. I hope they are understanding about my shyness/nerves.
Yeah so I showed up at 6pm and she shook my hand and sat and talked about nothing for 5 minutes. The interview is a 3-part process, and I just completed part 1. I really think she was testing my flexibility, because she said that if I got the job that I might be asked to stay until 6pm without any notice, so she wanted to see if I wasn't full of crap when I told her that wouldn't be a problem. Still, there are 12 applicants, so I'm not going to let myself get excited about it. There's a good chance that I'm the most qualified applicant, but that doesn't mean shit any more.
I watched the trailer this morning. I didn't even know they were making a new Mad Max. I definitely have to see it.
We're renting Jupiter Ascending tonight. The previews for the movie looked so amazing, like it was going to be the new star wars, but the reviews were brutal and it didn't do well. I think I will partake in some edibles before viewing.
i thought jupiter ascending looked cool, too. it's by the wachowskis, who have gotten a bad rap as of late, and i can understand why. they have great ideas and their stuff is really high-concept, but they've been pretty bad at the execution since the matrix. that's ok with me though; usually i get into their concepts enough that i enjoy their movies. i really liked cloud atlas, for example, even though it's a pretty flawed movie.
also mila kunis is in jupiter ascending, so that's reason enough for me to watch >_>
I think Cloud Atlas is one of the best movies I've ever seen. I have no idea why more people don't like it. Complete strangers asked us "Wasn't that movie amazing!" as we left the theater. That's never happened before. There were only like 10 people there.
If it's half as good as cloud atlas then I will enjoy it. I didn't know these movies were all made by the same people. Isn't one of the wachowski's a tranny, or am I thinking of someone else?
I still haven't been inside one of the recreational places. I used to have a card when they were brand new and I used to go to the dispensaries. They would shut down a lot and new ones would pop up. And they always gave me tons of free stuff.
I have a pre-qualifying condition, so getting one when the program first started was easy. I haven't renewed it because I really don't partake that often.
He showed up with a variety of edibles; chocolate bars, brownies, mints, hard candies. 73 doses total. This will last us for years, so I;m sure some of it will go bad before we get to it. He said he wasn't sure what I wanted so he bought the store. That's love.
