I care. It won't be gone before I have to go out there and shovel the driveway and then come back inside and shiver in an electric blanket for 30 mins while my bones ache.
I am definitely getting old(er). That's why I said the weather is getting harder for me to deal with every year.
I have to go to the mexican carnival known as the laundromat. It's kind of fun in there if you know what to look for. Last time I went some kid went behind all the machines and when he came out he was covered in so much dust and dirt that he looked like a monkey. That's right, I have no washer and dryer right now.
I guess it depend son the demographics. If the tenants are poor they'll have to do it themselves but have lower rent costs, if the tenants have more money than they need they may want to have someone else do the dirty work for them.
What sometimes happens over here is that companies get called to do those kinds of jobs if the tenants are too lazy to do it themselves. The complex my grandfather lives in is one such example. Someone never bothered cleaning their part of the entrance hallway area so everyone has to pay for some company to clean the lobby now.
yeah i'm sure there are cheaper apts that don't have stuff like snow removal, but otoh snow is so common here in co that i wouldn't be surprised if it's a standard thing
A few years back they tried to pass a quota so that schools had to serve less junk food. It didn't really go through though, or the lobby found a loophole to still serve junk to children. I forgot which it was.
Here in cali at least they did a good job. No sodas at all, candy, etc. Real food too when I was in hs at least
