Nothing worse in the morning than drinking caffeine on an empty stomach.

is that a thing? i do this literally every morning, never really noticed anything
red chamber dream
if anything it's worse to drink it after i eat because then i have to shit repeatedly
Yeah, it's awful for me. I feel nauseous as hell if I haven't had a full meal before drinking tea or coffee.
If I ever had the stereotypical city slicker breakfast of a cappuccino and a cigarette, I'd probably have vomit all over my windshield.

haha, apparenly Wiz Khalifa sampled Chrono Trigger. Moves him up a few notches in my book.

I doubt he's aware of it. Wasn't it some remix made by another producer?

I don't think we really have any way of knowing it. Was just a one-off released like 5 years ago? But still cool.

My problem with drinking caffeine before eating is I get horribly jittery.

I always have either muesli, bread and butter or both for breakfast. Never had a problem with that and I've never felt like stuffing myself with anything heavy in the morning.

These days I eat so often I hardly know the feeling of having an empty stomach. I drink tea all the time, but avoid coffee. I'm not sure how large the difference in caffeine in those drinks is, but when I drink coffee I'm sure to have a hard time falling asleep that night.

I was super surprised it was even called that in english, since that's really just the german word for it lol

just had to wikipedia it up since I never heard someone talk about it in english. I guess it's not very popular in n. america and the uk
It's not. It's called cereal here.
muesli is pretty well known in the UK

cereal, or just "oatmeal" is how I've always heard it here.

one thing i've learned about the uk is that you guys have very different foods

"Oatmeal with toppings" as my siblings called it
i wouldn't really know ark, you're the well travelled one :P
I eat that stuff all the time for breakfast. Great Grains and Quaker Oats ftw.
Aside from that, it's either leftovers or a sandwich with Russian cheese and sausage.
red chamber dream
yeah i mean obviously tons of stuff overlaps, but yall have tons of staples that most americans don't normally eat or haven't heard of. probably the same is true in reverse to some extent

ikdbutlike2 i eat a lot of oatmeal too, good stuff
One thing I've grown to hate over the years is fruity kids cereal.
Like Trix, Fruit Loops, and all that junk.

it was never my favorite, but yeah i can't eat it now

i don't eat cold cereal at all though, except on the rare occasion when i feel like buying some cinnamon toast crunch
I'm still okay with Cheerios, though. And stuff like Frosted Flakes and Wheaties.
i usually buy this stuff that's just wheat flakes with dried fruit in it, the fruit's sweet enough that you don't really need sugar or anything
