Yeah, you'd hope wait staff wouldn't have to depend on tips to eat but so long as they do tipping like an asshole is pretty awful. And that's why they should be allowed to kick poor tippers in the balls.

in fact i used to work for tips and liked it because it meant i made more money ... in my case i was getting paid minimum wage on top of the tips though

yeah I guess I was getting paid under the table too? Like, when that tax thing came around, and we were sending out whateverhfucks (1099? W2s? something like that) they never gave one to me, and they paid me over $600 for sure.

it was weird too cause my work was like, pretty damn honest about that kind of thing. We didn't like it when clients did that type of thing at all, but maybe I was just ~special~
