I'd love a ricky bass. them things look the business and sound mental.

my grandad's got an old ricky from the 60s, one of the little ones the beatles used to play. lovely looking thing. it's not got the original finish but it looks pretty pristine except for the chrome.

If I had four figures to spend on a guitar, it'd probably be a strat or tele.

My dad's strat has the nicest slim neck in the world. perfect finish, just sits right in your hand. then again, I like a chunky neck too.

I need a high action because I often play slide which you can't do with a low action but when I haven't played for a while, the high action kills my fingers fast.

yeah, it's worth having a few guitars kicking around for that reason I guess, for slide you often want one tuned open D too

He's pretty gay but not gross like that.

I don't think (or really want) it to be that kind of physical "relationship". Maybe.

It's mostly confusing because I'm not sure how I feel one way or another. I dont want to force myself into something that will turn really sour for the both of us, but on the other hand it might be really great, idk.
