wtf is up with certain words that pop up and everyone starts using them all the time, as if the word suddenly became cool. Lately everyone seems to be saying 'canon' and 'retcon' alot. It's as if they're looking for sentences to use them so they can show that they must be cool for using the word.

How can people have 10,000 friends on facebook? I think some people just get things because they can, with little or no attention to whether or not they actually want/need/like any of it at all. Makes no sense to me.
