Yeah, no kidding. Definitely my worst memories from this site are tied to that argument and how I got suckered into it for a while along with some others.

Although I saw something a little while ago that suggests some fans (on both Gamespot/GameFaqs and Metroid Database from what I could gather) are trying to connect the purple lizard creature in the latest M:OM trailer to Ridley as if it's a "younger" version of him. (As well as something about a weird Chozo/Ridley hybrid. Didn't pay a lot of attention to that part.) So compared to some fan theories, it could be worse.

haha really? my dog's a moron but he still runs after rabbits and mice or whatever. if he gets close enough, he'll catch it, but then he just carries it around in his mouth.

oscar once killed a baby rabbit and even though he's a dog, we're pretty sure he felt guilty about it, because now he completely ignores the rabbits in our yard.

iirc peanut's found dead birds before and brought them up to the deck ... but i can't imagine her ever killing one herself.
