It IS a huge problem. I can't tell you how many people, couples, even whole neighborhoods that I have seen completely destroyed by the meth epidemic. Few ever come back and those who do often are psychologically scarred.
Well, my morning has officially been ruined by the death of my great-grandma. May she rest in peace...
i'm so sorry to hear that. :(
i thought i was on the last page....
Well, luckily the day didn't go as by as sadly as I expected, though I don't think the same could be said for my grandparents, who were in shock and tears the whole day. I only touched on the subject and moved on to try and get over it.

[I hope it doesn't sound naive to say] that it's rare for a lot of people to live long enough to become great-grandparents. She was blessed to live as long as she did. I'm sorry to hear about your families' loss - she will surely be missed by all who loved her.
was going to bed this morning and saw this guy hanging out by my bed. freaked the fuck out and had my dad catch it for me. pix, then released outside. you can sort of tell how big it is by my finger on the back of the container. if it sat on my hand it would mostly cover it.
i live in a basement in kansas, and the birds in my room spew out seed hulls (spider nom noms) onto the ground constantly. it's a prime habitat.
but even if there were no pests, you wouldn't want to live in kansas. i'll be the first to talk shit about this boring, bible-thumping, close-minded, UGLY excuse of a state.
